Sync not working on windows 10


Description of the issue: I am not able to use syncronization on windows 10, desktop. I have installed brave also on my Android Smartphone and my Linux Ubuntu OS and it works correctly.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install brave browser on Windows10
  2. Click on MENU and select SETTINGS
  3. in SETTINGS select SYNCRONIZATION

Expected result: Nothing happens at all. I am not able to sync and it seems that no Syncronisation section is present in settings (it should be in between " APPEARENCE" and “SHIELDS” in settings)

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.3.115 (Up to date)

Additional Information: I am new user

I have exactly the same problem, but it is only in new installations. My laptop (which also has windows 10) still has the “Sync” section just like my smartphone.
