Description of the issue: I am not able to use syncronization on windows 10, desktop. I have installed brave also on my Android Smartphone and my Linux Ubuntu OS and it works correctly.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Install brave browser on Windows10
- Click on MENU and select SETTINGS
- in SETTINGS select SYNCRONIZATION
Expected result: Nothing happens at all. I am not able to sync and it seems that no Syncronisation section is present in settings (it should be in between " APPEARENCE" and “SHIELDS” in settings)

About Brave): 1.3.115 (Up to date)
