Sync not working - Doesn't display in settings

Description of the issue: After reinstalling my PC, I go to Settings and Click “Sync”, aaaand nothing happens. I’ve scrolled through settings and been unable to find it.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result: Clicking “Sync” should obviously take me to sync settings.

Reproduces how often: Infinitly.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 64bit, Brave [Version 1.3.118 Chromium: 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

Additional Information: It works just fine on my PC, after updating the option seems to be gone entierly.
