Having Trouble Syncing Desktop and Laptop

Several times I have tried to sync my new laptop with my desktop. I get the code, type it in on the target device. Hit enter. I get a message that says sync is on. Yet, no sync happens and nothing is shown in the sync chain on either device.

Can you please provide us with more information? It is hard to troubleshoot when in the dark. What OS are you using (for both devices)? What Brave version are you using? Which device is the first link in the chain?

OS is windows 10 on both.

Desktop is the first link from which I am getting the synch code.

After Syncing, can you try relaunching both browsers and see if the Sync initiates? If not, can you share a screenshot of your brave://sync-internals page?
