Sync not working on desktop

Description of the issue:
I have my laptop and phone synced. When I try to sync my desktop, I type in sync code and click on the “confirm sync code” button. It doesn’t do anything at all as if the button does not work.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I enter the code, and click “confirm”. It just doesn’t work anytime I try it.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
I don’t want to take any pictures because it contains the sync code, it just literally does nothing, no pop ups, nothing.

Expected result:
I want it to sync…

Reproduces how often:
Every time.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 Pro: OS Build 17763.805
Brave: Version 0.70.123 Chromium: 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
I have trying to clear all information and also uninstall and reinstall the browser.

Anyone have any answers at all?
