Sync from Windows 11 to Android not working

Description of the issue:

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. sync all set on both Windows 11 PC in brave, and Android phone in brave, with both on the same sync chain, and visible on the sync chain.
  2. Password saved on Windows 11 in brave. Bookmark saved on Windows 11 in brave.
  3. on Android, bookmark not autofilling when typing website. After navigating to website, password not appearing when attempting to enter username and password.
  4. opening password manager on Android, no password is saved for site. Password was saved 48 hours ago.

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave 1.64.122, Chromium 123.0.6312.122

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
Windows 11
Android phone
