Brave is not syncing at all

Description of the issue: I’ve set up a sync chain, set sync everything on both desktop and android, Brave is not syncing a goddamn thing

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1: Set up sync chain
2: Set both desktop and android to sync everything
3: Observe that you have no bookmarks or passwords sync’d between devices.

Reproduces how often: Constant

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Android 1.68.133, Desktop 1.68.134

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Windows PC, Samsung smartphone

Additional Information: June of 2023 you said you’d add in-app importing of bookmarks and passwords from android chrome. If you did add that, I can’t find it on my Android browser, nor can I find any tutorial on HOW to find it. If you could direct me to that as an alternate solution I’d be happy with it.

… Alright it started syncing about half an hour after I set up the sync chain. There needs to be some sort of user feedback that it’s doing this. It seems instead of having a problem with your codebase I’ve got a problem with your UI design.
