Sync does not save passwords to mobile

Description of the issue:

Sync does not save passwords to mobile devices even after creating a new sync chain. Both android and Windows versions are upto date.

Passwords are selected to be synced, Bookmarks and history are present on mobile device and synced from windows correctly.

My issue is I have strong passwords for differenet sites and require a password manager to save passwords but at presents without the sync working this is becoming a little hard to manage.

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Desktop version 1.35.100
Android version 1.34.81

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:

Android 11 build RPXS31.Q2-58-17-4-4 and Windows 11 Desktop

Thank you for reaching us and sorry for the delay. I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. Can you please confirm the following:

  1. Do you see both devices on the chain in Settings --> Sync?
  2. Do you have passwords/all relevant data types selected to be synced at the bottom of that same Sync page?
  3. Is it only passwords that are not syncing? That is, is all other data syncing without issue except for passwords? Or is data not syncing at all?
