still haven’t gotten my rewards after the new update no one will respond to me. That eljuno character will just sweep alll my questions to the side. I would appreciate if that guy would ignore my posts because he is no help

First, @eljuno is a major asset to this team and this community – it wouldn’t be the same without him.
Second – can you elaborate a your issue for me? Are you referring to BAT that “disappeared” during the May 5th payout?

Yes thank you. my original post-- . My rewards said they were able To be claimed a week ago but every time I would click on the rewards button it would spin around and around and around endlessly now the reward button is gone but I haven’t received my funds. I did receive awards from a my desktop browser that i rarely use. But from none of my usual sources. Android, creator rewards etc…

Yes – we will be releasing an update in the near future that should resolve this issue and at this time we do not expect there to be any permanent BAT loss for anyone.
