Still didnt get payments since oct

I did talk to mods and they just ghosted me i need to know if Brave is a scam or what???

@Yunghxul they have asked you to send them information a few times. Most of what you did was just comment on other people’s posts, sometimes off topic. The last time you created a topic you still haven’t provided the info. In fact, they locked your last post stating:

They won’t be able to help you if you don’t follow their instructions. So please do message either @steeven , @Mattches , or @SaltyBanana and make sure you provide all of the information they are asking of you.

Even if we do, they don’t even reply, what’s the use of all of this if they don’t wanna reply.
I’ve sent the complete details of whatever they had asked, still no response.

You have never created your own post nor have you shared the information they ask for. I do see where on OTHER PEOPLE’S posts you’ve tried tagging the moderators, but if you provide them with no information they can’t help you.

I’m not sure if you had written them. Nor do I know if you provided the right info. For example, they require you to DM them with your Brave Wallet and all. The wallet is different for your mobile and your PC, are you aware of this?

So for the first step, I’d say the same thing I mentioned to Yunghxul. If you don’t create your own posts, make sure to message them, and to provide the right information…they won’t be able to see and help you.

To summarize that part, there are 800+ posts daily. In addition to that, there’s all the tags in comments and however many DM to sort through. They need to navigate that mess, do research on their end, and then make changes. It’s time consuming. And what’s sad is that there are 11 Moderators and all, but only 6 who are kind of active in handling issues. Of those 6, only 2-3 really do much on handling issues with BAT.

Mattches today was on assisting people for 6 hours. He had like 40 comments and handled topics all over the place.

Steeven, not sure what’s up with him. He has only been doing like 1 comment per day for the past few days. But I do know someone mentioned he had thousands of messages he’s trying to get caught up on. So that might be why we’re not seeing him respond on the forum.

Saltybanana seems to have been MIA today as well, with only 1 comment. Yet they are also the primary person beyond Steeven who processes BAT and fixes errors. So assuming plenty of mail and maybe helping to try to get things fixed and caught up.

Honestly, most others haven’t been on the forum lately. Sriram hasn’t commented or anything since January 18, Brian Bondy on January 20, etc. Eljuno last posted/commented on January 14 and has his profile marked as Time Off, so he’s not available.

They just aren’t staffed the way they need to be. Lately I’ve been bored and been kind of going through all the forums to see what’s going on. I watch as people have said they received help and all. Some faster than others. But like one that had success today was Had about 40 BAT, now suddenly all gone! - #4 by Wetbeard

Now in that one, they didn’t necessarily share the info that the other thread asks to post. It’s all about where you put it and what tags. In theirs, put “Funds Missing” which may have attracted more attention. shrug

I will say though, how you say things matters. Just like creating your own post rather than simply commenting on someone else’s also makes a big difference.

Regardless, they only have like 2-3 people working on all of this. So it does take patience sometimes.

First of all, I did DM the moderators, whenever they asked about it, steeven told me to DM the brave internals and all the other details, I did. Salty banana Asked me to DM him my wallet ID, and I sent him both my PC and mobile wallet ID.

Second thing, yes I understand it takes time for the process, but many of the topics are just closed without even being addressed, my friend hasn’t received the payout since 2 months, hasn’t been addressed yet, he got frustrated and he disabled the brave ads.

And yes, “Simply” commenting on others post is of no use for me and you, but if someone from that thread could resolve their issue, they would check the message and reply if they could help resolve mine, nobody has got so much time to waste it commenting .

Duuuude i sent them all the infos and didnt get a single reply , i already did that …

Thats why i was replying to threads and now i did send again , and actually its not big money i dont really care i just wanna see if thats legit or no , i was getting paid before no problem, i already verified my uphold wallet and linked it here and after it got unlinked and didnt get payouts after

Hi all :slight_smile: @Mithilesh4 As far as I know, there isn’t a way to tell if your account/wallet has been flagged. I would love to have a way to tell. Would save a lot of backend research for sure! Would just check first to see if flagged instead of going through all kinds of hoops looking for setting issues. No matter how much I tweak, nothing is gonna change until flag is removed!
