What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
So you are referring to Creators? Asking as you put in Rewards, which is for people viewing ads to earn BAT so they can tip people.
Also, any reason why you posted the template but left it blank? I mean, still could have been helpful for you to verify yours is connected, if you’ve received payments in the past, if you’re in a supported region, etc. Leaving things blank and providing little to no details just means people can’t help you.
That said, most likely can just refer you to https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and tell you that you should make sure to choose the proper category. If it’s about BAT earned from your websites, then it’s a Creators issue and not Rewards.
