My January Brave Rewards were paid out but never received in my Uphold wallet. I understand that payouts start on the 7th and may take a few days. It is now the 22nd so that is 15 days.
My fear is the rewards payment may have been lost in Cyberspace never to be found. Although since everything is on the blockchain I was hoping that you may be able to tell me what had happened.

You should send a direct message (DM) to the moderators. Provide a short explanation of your problem and the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
- Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
- A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards
Mattches and Steeven are the moderatos who handle most of the rewards issues.
How to DM a moderator:
Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

Woot! They were reconciling and reprocessing dropped payments and you may have been on that list. Who knows, who cares, you received your payment!
