How can this issue be reproduced?
Its a constant issue

Expected result:
images loading, no shadow borders

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.20.108 Chromium: 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information:
I’ve tried everything I could think of - cache, cookies, extensions, restarting the browser, restarting computer other browsers are all fine. May have to reinstall?

for the shadow borders try to go to brave://settings/system and disable hardware accerlartion

for image load try to use private mode and see if it work fine there if it did not then try to create new profile and see if it work fine on that new one
