How can Auto Contribute be turned ON and removal of 20 BATs without my permission?

Why cannot we simply CONFIRM a transfer/withdraw before it’s just yanked out of my wallet??

  • Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, how many?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/

Hi @steeven, apparently this has happened to me again after a long time. I have multiple devices (a phone, work computer and home computer) on Brave. I lost around 4.25 BATs. I do not have auto contribute turned on.

Hello,

I have the same problem and have even sent 40 BAT without that I had knowledge of it!!! How do I get this back, since I have not set that and it can probably not be that people are stolen your BAT again.

I sent @steeven (Brave Support) a message and he helped me get my BAT back. It took a couple weeks because it’s a small team but after he verified my account I got it back.

I’ve also submitted my details to @steeven two days ago. Hopefully I’ll hear something back soon (and get my BATs back)
