Description of the issue:
I have sidebar enabled but when I am playing a video in full screen the sidebar icons remain and they are inside the video.
Sidebar background vanishes but the icons remain.
These icons are not clickable but visible.

Open any video online and put it full screen

The sidebar and it’s icons should not be visible

Additional Information:
Tested it on another windows PC and it always happens there as well. It didn’t happen on Linux.
If I click on one of them then some disappear and if I click to edit them then click cancel then that one disappears until I exit brave. Then all of them are appearing again.
