When i put any video plying on a browser to full screen then the browser window is not shown in recent tab section when i try to shift between tabs keeping the video in full screen mode.

On my Mac, in the Brave Browser menu bar, there is a menu selection:
Always Show Toolbar in Full Screen
Might you find such a menu selection in Brave Browser for Windows OS?
