Mouse Pointer Remains Visible During Fullscreen Video Playback

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Visit any website that features videos and open a video or stream in fullscreen mode

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Mouse pointer remains visible during video playback in fullscreen

Expected Result:
Mouse pointer should disappear while video is playing fullscreen, as it does in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Edge.

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version
Version 1.27.109 Chromium: 92.0.4515.115 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Yes

I’m using macOS Catalina v 10.15.7

Before we start troubleshooting, can you please go to Menu --> About Brave and update your browser to the latest version and then test to see if the issue persists?

Version 1.29.81 Chromium: 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (x86_64)
 and still getting the same problem,

I’m wondering if you get the same behavior when viewing fullscreen video content while using a private window? Additionally, do you have any extensions installed at this time?
