Description of the issue:
using ScaleX CSS property behaves weird with background-color.
the div gets the correct width but the background-color doesn’t fit the whole div.
in the examples belove you can clearly see that the pink div is 100px, but the background color is not filling the parent as it should. on chrome and Firefox it works as expected.
