Its happening on a few sites where there are coloured blocks popping up randomly. I checked on chrome to see if its fine and it doesn’t show on chrome.It also shows on discord when i click someones profile theres like a red filter on the screen.

go to brave://settings/system and turn off hardware acceleration and see if it work or not
