Rewards Profile flagged on mobile for no reason for almost 2 months now

Briefly describe your issue:
I know similar questions have been posted already, I’m just adding another here in hopes that Brave can fix this for me. Basically I am not receiving any brave rewards for no reason, and after unlinking Uphold a while back I cannot relink a new custodian, Gemini, due to my account being “flagged”. I’ve been waiting long enough and I keep checking but there are no changes to my account. I literally have less than 75 bat, what on earth sort of suspicious activity do you think I am up to Brave!? this is ridiculous, fix your system for the tons of legitimate users who are not getting payouts because your system is flawed.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Brave 1.14.106, Chromium 103.0.5060.53 & Android 11 Build RKQ1201022.002

No, I cannot verify because my account is flagged!

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Not usually.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

You need to submit a request for support to unflag your account using the form linked below. Make sure you submit all the information requested and as much detail as possible.

This link instructed that I visit brave://rewards-internals/, this revealed to me that “my wallet had not yet been created” (despite my wallet showing funds) so there was no wallet ID to input into the form. I simply cleared the storage and lost my bat, but it has restored working function to my Brave installation.

You should have submitted the form anyway. If you didn’t receive an email with a ticket# (because of no wallet id), you could have resubmitted under the General category and explained the situation. Supplying a screenshot of your Rewards panel would have at least documented you had earnings/balance if support could not figure out why your wallet id was not displaying.

You wouldn’t happen to have a backup of your Brave-Browser (or User Data) folder you could restore? You could restore and see if the earnings/balances are displayed. You could also check if the new installation restored your wallet id. Or if toggling Brave Rewards off and on repeatedly fixes the problem, or something. lol
