How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to foreignpolicy.com and open any article: in previous versions, reader-mode would be available and effectively bypass the paywall.
- Go to NYT or similar websites, same issue.
- Unpaywalled websites and articles will still show the reader-mode icon in the address bar.
Expected result:
Reader mode should always be possible to be forced / appear.
