Description of the issue:
Certain webpages like blogs and articles are shown in a “reader view” with no option for disabling.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to brave://flags/#enable-reader-mode
- Enable reader mode.
- Disable reader mode. (not possible)
- Spend furthers hours trying to disable reader mode.
Expected result:
Be able to view blogs/articles in regular format instead of what looks like a cashed version.

Version 1.33.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (arm64)
Additional Information:
Trying to turn off ‘experimental setting’ failed, trying to delete the app failed, trying to reset settings failed, trying to update and restart OS failed.
