make this option work correctly (like it does on other Chromium based browsers including Google Chrome):
Expected:
if I am on a non-empty tab toggling Bookmarks bar ON/OFF should not affect this setting!
Current behaviour:
once I toggle Bookmarks bar - setting is gone and I am switched to manual show/hide Bookmarks bar mode. This is not correct.
It was reported before
here - Manually toggling the bookmarks bar resets pref "Show bookmarks bar" set to "Only on the new tab page"
and here - Always show bookmarks on new tab page not working
Please please please make this setting work correctly in Brave!
