Passwords disappeared from Brave, won't sync

Description of the issue:

I woke up this morning and opened Brave on my laptop, and I had been logged out of all my accounts and all of my saved passwords were gone. It still showed me that it and my secondary computer were in the sync chain.

I logged in on my secondary computer. It still had my passwords and showed that both PCs were in the sync chain.

I tried removing PC 1 from the sync chain so I could re-add it. It shows as removed on PC 2 but not on PC 1.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

I opened and closed Brave on PC 1 and the the same issue still exists.

Expected Result:

The devices should be synced, or at least PC 1 should show that it is removed from the synch chain so that I can add it back.
