Description of the issue:

I encountered an issue in Brave Sync. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if I might have set something up incorrectly:
Today, I added two Windows laptops to the synchronization chain and set the same settings on the synchronization page for both. Initially, the synchronization was successful, and all passwords, tabs, and bookmarks were copied. Then, a few hours later, after I had been distracted and working on both laptops in other applications and when opened Brave on one of them, I found that Brave had deleted all my passwords and logged me out of all sites, only keeping the tabs and bookmarks. When I checked the second laptop, I discovered the same thing had happened there! I had a password backup from the beginning of April, but during that time, I had changed some passwords, and now I’ve lost them… They’re nowhere to be found! T__T
I managed to recover some of the most important lost passwords, requested password recovery on several sites, disconnected synchronization (left the chain), and then got distracted with other tasks outside the browser, only to find upon reopening Brave that it had deleted all passwords and logged me out of all sites again! I’m very upset T__T

I’m not sure if this can be replicated and really don’t want to risk my data anymore, but here’s what I did:
- Synced two Windows laptops in one chain
- Ensured that synchronization copied bookmarks, tabs, and passwords
- Worked in the browser for a bit and then closed it
- Opened it again a few hours later and found that passwords were gone and I was logged out of all sites. Logged back in, recovered some passwords, disabled synchronization and left the chain

- Opened it again a few hours later and found that passwords were deleted and I was logged out of sites again
Reproduces how often:
This happened to me twice, and to avoid losing anything else, I reinstalled the browser and did not enable synchronization. I hope it doesn’t happen again.

On one laptop: 1.66.115 Chromium: 125.0.6422.112 (Официальная сборка) (64 бит)
On the other laptop: not sure which version it was, as I’ve already deleted it, but it was probably the newest one since I just bought that computer and installed Brave from the official website.
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
2 laptops on Windows 10 (the older one is HP and the newer one is Asus)
