So I update Brave, and behind the scenes the ‘Auto Contribute’ option gets flicked, despite me turning it off on all browsers.
2 days go unoticed, I go an have a look and my BAT’s have vanished, and it turns out the ‘Auto Contribute’ option has mysteriously turned back on - and obviously I am now out of pocket as my entire wallet has been emptied.
What a joke, I liked Brave until it ripped me off. Warning to all - once you have earned some BAT’s move them to another wallet ASAP, or you will loose everything.
