Hello, i’m using the latest version ( Versión 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and i have configures to show up to 5 ads an hour. In my case, it’s showing only 1 ad per day and always from protonVPN. i was looking in the description of the message and ther are 7 campaigns working in my country (Argentina). And also i’ve noticed that youtube is show ads too ( i don’t know if it’s related but i love the time when brave blocked it).
I’ve also tryed the next link :https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html and notifications appers without problems.
Is there something to check beside of the ones that appears in when i created this post?

I have mine configured to 5 ads in an hour, but haven’t received any ads like what’s it suppose to before. Currently getting 1 ad in an hour, which is kinda sad.

There may not be anything wrong at all for either of you – it can be hard to tell sometimes.

Settings --> Brave Rewards --> Ads --> 7-day ads history and share a screenshot of the last couple of days worth of Ads? Additionally, are you using a VPN at this time?
The problem is general worldwide. Many users have not been receiving ads for several days.

In Spain, most users do not work. They do not receive ads.
I’m not using a VPN since 2 weeks ago. When i use the VPN, i should be receiving ads from the country i’m connected to? or it should completely cut the Ads off?
We advise against it if you’re running into issues. Can you please share a screenshot of the top of the screen, with today/the most recent ads shown?

I believe this is still a campaign/ads availability issue. I spoke with some Rewards team members and they said that this should be temporary and you should expect to see more ads (and a larger variety of them) served soon.
We appreciate your patience.
But then the problem is that the contracts with the advertisers end and there are no rewards for the users depending on the regions until they renew or there are new advertisers who sign up for Brave, right?
I’m trying to detect why i didn’t receive more ads, and i saw that when i connect a second screen to my computer it never shows ads. Could it be that when you use more than one screens the ads stops?
@Nando7789 try to press the ads if got ads pop up instead of just turn of the ads. I try it at least it sometime got some ads come out compare to no click at all. Hopefully u will get some ads.
All the ads y get i press it but the problem is that i’m having 1 ad per day or less when i have configured maximum 5 per hour. So i think that the problem could it be because i’m using more than 1 screen and the browser stays only in one. Yesterday i disconnected the 2 screen and in 1 or 2 hours i had 3 ads, so i was thinking that maybe that could be the problem.
That I not very sure. It depend on your region too advertisement campaign that held by your country.
It is not related to the number of screens you’re using. I myself have 3 total screens being used and I see ads appear without any issues.
As I stated previously, the team has stated that this is related to some people in some regions and should be resolved shortly.
how did you enter 7-day ads history? i’m in mexico and i do not have the option also i do not recive ads

@Mattches I did everything (rewards and ads open, web notifications on, another profile created, there is no vpn, deleted and reinstalled, trying the brave beta, verified wallet, 5 ads per hour, surfing all day, supported region) but still not receiving ads on my win 10 laptop. But on my iPhone, I receive ads like per 3-4 minutes.
The only difference I faced is Brave desktop browser don't show any ads
inside the “Client.json” I don’t have “lastPageClassification” text doesn’t appear. Maybe that is the issue. I hope you may help me. Thanks.
For users still encountering this issue, please send me the following information via DM – follow instructions exactly.
If you’re not seeing ads while using Desktop please the following:
- In your browser, go to your
brave://rewards-internals page (type it into the address bar) and click the
- On the right side of the page, select
Download full log – it will download a
.txt file with some Rewards data in it.
PLEASE rename the file from the default – change the name to
[YOUR USER NAME]_Logs. It will help support team stay organized and not lose users info in the shuffle of things.
- Send a Direct message to me here on Community with the subject line
[YOUR USER NAME]_Logs, and attach the logs text file you downloaded to it.
If you’re not seeing ads on Android:
- In your Brave app, go to
Menu --> Settings --> About Brave
- Tap on the
Application version 7 times to enable
Developer options, which will appear in
Settings beneath the
- Now, go to
Settings --> Developer options --> Rewards Debug --> Export Rewards Database
- Save the file, then open a DM here on Community, include the subject line `[YOUR USER NAME]_Logs, with me and attach the downloaded file to the message.
Debug information is sensitive/private and should not be made public. Please only send this information to official Brave team members via private message – do not post it publicly on the forum.
It says “Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, mp4)” whenever I try to add the logs.txt file to the message.
I couldn’t send it neither. Is there another way of send you the logs?
