I’m unfortunately going to have to change browsers since there seems to be no solution for this inconvenience.
macOS Ventura, MacStudio M1 Ultra.
No sound goes to my interface (Fireface UFX+) but whenever i sent it to another output it works… I created another profile- nothing. I disable graphics acceleration and restart- nothing. Sites sound can play and aren’t muted…
What is the solution? I also deleted my preferences from apple to see if it would reset something. All my other browsers work perfectly and brave is the only one with an issue.
Hopefully i get an answer soon since I’ve seen many people reporting issues like this and never getting an answer…
This is all with the sound going directly to the outputs.
I also use a systemwide sound manage (Soundsource) which when i select the mac speakers as my main output and the brave sound to the fireface it works, but i need to have it set up the other way around. Main sound to the fireface an brave sound to mac speakers and as soon as i select the fireface as main sound then it just mutes everything.
I’m really desperate and pissed tbh…
