Brave browser has no sound on Mac Os

**Description of the issue: Brave browser produces no sound at all. Computer is not muted. Other browsers produce sound. Issue is not restricted to one site, it is across the browser.

**Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): I am running Mac OS Big Sur 11.6 and Brave is in version 1.31.87.
