tried resetting both the browser and my laptop nothing woked help me pls

We need more information to go on in order to help. For example:
- What sites are you seeing this issue on? Is it all sites or just specific ones?
- Does sound work when you use other browsers?
- Does sound work on other applications on your computer (that aren’t browsers)?
- Do you have any devices connected to your machine at this time (like headphones, for example)?
- What version of the browser are you using?
- Did this suddenly start happening or has Brave always behaved this way?
