When you surf on a website that has an image that is also a link to another page, the option to save the image to photos is not present.
How can this issue be reproduced?
use an ios device, open brave, go to a website that has images that has links (hugelol.org)
click and hold on an image and the menu that appears does not show a save image to photos option

a menu option that lets you save the image to photos
