No recent BAT updates in my browser or in Uphold

Briefly describe your issue:

The last update to my Uphold account was 10 June 2021. The Brave Rewards value in my browser’s new tab has been stuck at 2.871 BAT for a long time (a month? maybe more?)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

XUbuntu 20.04, Brave Version 1.26.74 Chromium: 91.0.4472.124 (Official Build) (64-bit) - will update after posting

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Not sure (or even how to check). The first transfer into my Uphold wallet was 08 March 2021. I assume I needed to be verified by that time.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes, March through June. The last dribble into my Uphold wallet occurred on 10 June 2021. I would have expected something around 10 July. When I open a new tab in the browser it says I have 2.871 BAT. That hasn’t changed in a long while.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes, auto-contribute appears to be off.

Here’s the Ads panel in the Brave Rewards page:

It’s not clear why the next payment date is Sep 7. I received monthly deposits in Uphold until June 10.

Yes, but not of a desirable kind. New tabs now show $0.00 BAT earned this month. Uphold still shows that the last deposit was on 10 June. The Ads card on the Brave Rewards page also shows $0.00 earned and a next payment date of 7 September.

There should be a message saying “+XXXX BAT arriving in X days” but since your browser have the wrong next payment date I guess there isn’t.

Did you tried clearing the browser cache? (From settings/using third party programs)

Send it to @Mattches or @GreenBananaPorridge instead, steeven is usually very busy

Ooh, ooh… I might have helped myself. On the brave://rewards page I just clicked “Verify” again. My Uphold balance now shows up in Brave. It still shows 0 BAT for this month and a next payment date of September 7, but it’s something…

that doesn’t change anything - none of your prior BAT is appearing anywhere. this is a big problem, you really need to get their help to have this looked at.
