Estimated Pending Rewards Not Sent To Uphold After Payment Processing Completion

Briefly describe your issue:
I verified my wallet last month on May 6th and was supposed to receive 43.951 BAT at the beginning of this month (June 6th). I waited for the payments for the rewards system to finish processing and I still haven’t received the full amount of this BAT, I have had exactly 2.58359 BAT deposited into my Uphold account and this isn’t anywhere near the amount I have had in my wallet for the majority, if not all, of last month.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Version 1.25.70 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes.

What date did you verify your wallet?
May 6th 2021.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, I received 33.75 BAT on May 6th 2021 in my Uphold wallet.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, the United Kingdom.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes.

A solution to receive the BAT stuck in my wallet would be much appreciated.

I had 5 bat and they gave me 3 in uphold…

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
