No bat rewards and gemini wallet disconnected

Im unable to reconect my gemini wallet and ive had no rewards this months and last month. what do i do?

when i try and reconnect walllet it get “Your request is still being processed, please wait.
Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again.”

my bat balance is now showing as 0 and no ads being received despite it be ing set to highest setting.

i havent had rewards for 3 months, why is there no notification to let users know?? shocking
