Havent recieved my BAT in months

Hello there,

I have now not received my BAT rewards for several months. What is going on here? How do we rectify this? I know I earned a lot because it kept displaying in my browser, but now everything is gone and nothing has been deposited to my gemini wallet and my balance shows as 0.
