Did not receive BAT rewards January 2022 + stopped receiving ad rewards this month

Hi there,

I have a Gemini wallet and did not receive the rewards for last month even though it was scheduled, the message just disappeared and haven’t received anything, also, i still receive some ads but the BAT rewards have stopped, it’s stuck at a fixed number and it’s not increasing even if i saw more ads…

same problem with bat reward haven’t been recieve to my gemini wallet… I DM the support before but until now no updates from them

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
