No ads on windows 10

I have searched the forms, Still can not get ads to display on windows 10.
Brave does not show in " Notification setting" to turn it on or off.
Regedit string not available.
Have tried log in-out . Uninstaill/reinstall.

Any possible solution to this?
I am creating this form in hopes of receiving notification enable option.
