Brave not showing Ads on Windows 10

Briefly describe your issue:
After I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and reinstalling Brave, Brave has stopped showing Ads.
So far I’ve already tried everything in the following threads:

But Brave Push Notifications are working as I get the notifications from https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058972091-Push-Notification-Test
I just get no Ads no matter what I’ve tried so far.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 and Brave Version 1.31.88

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
March 2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes (Germany with 43 Campaigns)

One further edit as I don’t know if it is of any importance.
I’m also using Brave on my phone, which is connected to the same uphold account and I do get ads on mobile.
Although, if I don’t use my phone all day, I still do not get any ads in Brave on my computer.

Same here. Windows 10 and no ads. Most of the correlative posts here have been closed with no confirmed resolution, so I’m hoping for some kind of solution from this one.

I have not received a single ad since August.

Is it possible that it’s because I have three browser linked to my uphold account? (Phone, PC and PC at work)
