I am facing a weird issue with brave ads.
During morning hours, i am getting good enough ads, like 7-8 in total.
But during afternoon and further day, i am not getting even a single ad.
Can anyone tell me why is it happening?

That’s normal. It all depends on how many ad campaigns are in your region and whether they are targeting your device. For example, United States was down to like 8 campaigns the other day and I had hit the View Limit for all ads. This meant I saw nothing for several days.
If you’re unaware in regards to things like your View Limit and Ad Campaigns, I’d advise you to check out Understanding Brave Ads Catalog Viewer
