Right-click URL, “Open in New Window”, it opens, but behind all other windows
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
I expect it to open in FRONT of all other windows, the way it usually does (for several years now)

I cannot reproduce this particular issue on my end (test on Windows 10 and macOS). I’m wondering if there are any extensions installed in the browser right now that might be causing the behavior you’re seeing.
I have also asked a couple of team members to see if they can reproduce the issue as well. Are you using Win10 or Win11?
Windows 10.
This happened once before. I can’t remember how I fixed it that time, though. I Googled it and found something that time; no luck this time.
