Description of the issue:
When I right click on the brave icon in the task bar to open a new window or a new private window I get a message that reads: “The item you selected is unavailable. It might have been moved, renamed, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?”
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1 . 2. 3. **
1- right click on the brave icon in the task bar
2-a menu pops up
3- click on “New window” or “New private window”
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Expected result:
A new brave window to open
Reproduces how often:
Every time ever since the last brave update

Version 1.24.82 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
This problem started about 2-3 months ago and even with latest updates it has not changed
I found similar posts but none were answered, I hope I can get an answer to this post.
