Description of the issue:
When I click on a link in a pdf or try to log into public wifi that requires clicking through a landing page, a new window opens but an empty window opens. It says I am on the last day of using an older version but I am already on the newest version. I follow instructions to update, it says it is updated but the same issue continues to happen. I have closed and restarted browser as well as restarted my computer.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Click on any link that generates a new window (i.e. clicking on a link in a pdf) or try to log onto public wifi that generates a new window that leads to an “I Agree” or login page (so right now I actually can’t access public wifi without changing my default browser).
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
New window opens but the window is blank. It says I need to update Brave but I have already updated.
Expected result:
Page loads.
