You would help your issue(s) by correctly providing information re your computing device and its OS, plus version of Brave Browser - as required by Brave Support, when you are creating a report.
I had to guess, that you might be using Android - yet I am not certain . . .

I finally figured it out, so I’m gonna share it here for people who could’nt find a solution thanks to the help from the staff
Simply try to verify your account by using your mobile app AS in computer mode : Option => Check the box which said “use in computer mode”
Then try to log in on your uphold account as usual, It worked for me.
You can close this topic, thanks to Ezio for trying to help, but no thanks to the bot responds from the modos.

Uh, probably not. The steps are to:
uninstall the Uphold app
make the connection
install the Uphold app
Right. Please follow these instructions exactly:
Uninstall the Uphold app from your phone
Open Brave and visit Uphold.com
Login to your Uphold account
Open the Shields panel after logging in (lion icon in the address bar) and change the cookies setting to All cookies allowed
Now tap the BAT icon and then Verify wallet
Reauthorize your account using the browser

Looks like a fix, for Android users - discovered by @utopian , and the following worked for @sansujswa :
You might want to try this step-by-step… This helped me resolve the issue, even without uninstalling the Uphold app before verifying as other solutions have suggested. Here it goes, as below:
STEP 1: Go to your Brave Rewards section. I hope you see something like this…
[01 - Unverified Status]
Action: Tap on the “Unverified” drop-down…
STEP 2: You should see something like this…
[02 - Starting Ver Process]
Action: Tap on “Continue”
STEP 3: Now you will see this…
