(Me Too) BAT disappeared when linking Gemini account

Around 17 BAT disappeared from wallet after i connected Gemini account

Windows 10 . BRAVE V1.31.91
Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes
What date did you verify your wallet?
my gemini account was verified 1. november. i connected it to brave 15. november

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Only in my brave wallet. never used gemini until today

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes Denmark
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
yes
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
i dont use uphold

It can take around 20 minutes for the BAT to appear in your Gemini wallet after verifying. Can you confirm that this is still an issue @Mkgaard?

It is still an issue after 3 hours.

why can’t we get an answer to this??? it is a big deal------- there is real money involved ------- that BRAVE presents as an incentive to use the excellent browser? i would still use brave without it but do want what is coming to me (and all of us). it is very frustrating and suspicious that you cannot call Brave directly and get answers. i wonder if the FTC would be be interested? no threat just a true fact when money is involved, please help all of us SOON!!!

I first become aware of this this problem today. but it seems to me like it have been going on for some time now ?

They are still not able to process the missing bats for the month of October… Everything is set to zero now - there must be a big goofup somewhere … I hope they fix it

My account is still showing 0 BAT after linking account to Gemini. Do you require additional information to get this resolved?

I verified my Gemini account through the Brave browser and my BAT is no longer in the Brave browser and has not been deposited into my Gemini account.

I talked to Gemini customer service and they said there are no problems on their end.

I don’t know where to post this can someone please help?!

Hi all, if you haven’t already can you please DM me the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
