My account doesn't receive any rewards after clean install

Briefly describe your issue:
Don’t receive any BAT since I made a clean install of Windows (new Brave installation)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 11

Version 1.45.123 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

You don’t get ads or BATs?

I don’t get any BAT reward tokens… Before it was around 5 BAT a month

I don’t understand. Do you see your rewards earnings (Current earnings) going up?

No, that’s the problem. The current earning is not changing. It keeps staying at 0 BAT

Hmm. Just checked Brave News for some Ads… currently there are none on my Desktop (where the problem persists)

Interesting is though, I still get Ads on my Mobile Brave. So on my Phone everything is working while on my PC there is a massive issue with Ads and receiving BAT tokens.
(Settings are identical → up to 10 ads an hour and auto contribution to OFF in both cases)

Found a solution. Go to:

Rewards settings → Manage Brave Rewards → Reset → Reset

After the reset Ads show again and also the BAT (Estimated Earnings) go up again.

Pretty weird that this happened on a fresh and clean Windows + Brave installation
