I’ve been using brave as my main browser for a number of months now and i’ve never seen a single ad nor gotten any BAT rewards

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. im not sure if it can?

**Expected result: hopefully to start earning some BAT

**Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.16.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)

**Additional Information:Brave rewards and ads are both turned on and the ads are set to a max of 5/ph. any help would be much appreciated!

cheers for the quick response but its not really anything to do with the payouts its the fact that ive never seen a single ad and ive been using brve for probably around 4 or 5 months now.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
