No receiving Brave Rewards earnings

Hello Support,

I have not received my Brave rewards for several months, going back to the last quarter of 2020. I still receive ads and despite viewing them, I have not seen a change in BAT earnings which has been frozen at 0.00

Please help.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

Same hereā€¦BAT showing ZERO on my laptop (100ā€™s of ads received). I have 3 devices in my sync chain syncing to Brave. I have claimed rewards up to this point but it will only let me claim rewards on my phone. My laptop rewards still read ZERO (with 1.680BAT pending). My phone reads 0.750 BAT (with 0.150 BAT pending. And, my PC reads 0.50 BAT (with 0.80 pending) and my uphold account says 0.50 BAT. Only my PC wallet is verified. Brave wonā€™t let me verify on my laptop or phone. The rewards-internals are different across all 3 devices.

I have the same issues. No BAT has ever been seen in my wallet, I have ā€˜pending rewardsā€™ of 16BAT that has been pending since last year. I receive multiple adds per day, but get nothing added to pending rewards. I donā€™t know how to DM the wallet address, unless you mean reply?

Hi, I am also not receiving rewards (android phone). I was receiving for months, and when I click on the rewards icon and click settings it says I have 9.5.bat in my wallet , which is the same amount it has been now for months , even though I get many ads

When I tried brave://rewards-internals it says ā€œwallet not yet createdā€. Does this work on Android? Because my settings shows I have 9.5 bat in my wallet

I managed to resolve my own issue by updating my Brave browser. My OS is Ubuntu, and I had not added the Brave repository (https://brave.com/linux/), so I had missed out on multiple Brave browser updates from when I had stopped receiving rewards earnings. I am basically starting over as if this were a fresh Brave installation.

FYI, I did not receive the potential past earnings that I would have accumulated from the ad views that were not registering, which is very disappointing.
