Today i noticed after watch 107 ads i have only 5 cents on bats

Hi,
I had about 8,250 BATs in my pending rewards. Now, it shows only 0.20. My balance has not changed. This is happening for the second time. Last time, I lost 3.2 BATs. Please How do I recover my BATs?
