I have been seeing ads for months, but never received any rewards

I have an unverified wallet in brave on windows, I have been seeing ads for months (since I installed it), but have not received any bat.

I have brave on a couple of android devices and it all works fine there.

Looking through my history I can see all the ads I responded to etc - but zero bat.

I guess I could reinstall, if this might fix things, but it wouldn’t get the bat I have missed… so if not resolved, I’ll just turn off the ads.

Reinstalling will cause you to lose the unpaid BATs. I will suggest that you raise a ticket instead. Raise one here.
Also are you using the latest Version of Brave?
Can you confirm if you’ve ever got a claim button?
