Hi, suddenly my maximize button is inactive. I can still maximize using Alt+X+Space, I can still use hovering coursor over it for special layout of windows, but can’t click it to maximize.
Any ideas why it is and how can I get rid of it? Thanks.
Hi and welcome to the community.
I can’t help, sorry. You might want to provide additional information which may help solve your problem.
The two questions below would be helpful. The information can be found at brave://version in the first three lines. Just copy/paste the information over to your topic.
- What Operating System?
- What Brave version?
For future reference, topics such as yours are usually created in the Browser Support category. There are also more specific sub-categories you can use in the Browser Support category if applicable.
If you are using a pre-release version of Brave, you can use the Pre-Release Builds categories/sub-categories
Hi, thanks. Here is the information:
Brave | 1.36.109 Chromium: 99.0.4844.51 (Oficiální sestavení) (64bitový) |
---|---|
Verze | d537ec02474b5afe23684e7963d538896c63ac77-refs/branch-heads/4844@{#875} |
Operační systém | Windows 11 Version 21H2 (Build 22000.493) |
And I’ll try to choose category better way next time.
I have the same issue. Just installed Brave on a new Windows 11 system and the maximize button is not active.
Brave 1.36.111 Chromium: 99.0.4844.51
OS Windows 11 Version 21H2 (Build 22000.556)
Ugh, edited post and deleted everything I posted about bookmarks. No idea where my brain was when I posted this. Must have been sitting on it.
@line-e Hi and welcome to the community. The post relating to this issue is below. Not a lot of help but the problem did clear up for @zubik. You might want to track that post and also post there since that topic is being watched by a moderator.
Sorry for the misinformation previously!
I have the same problem. This is a brand new installation of Windows 11 with an updated Brave desktop browser
