Maximize, minimize and close buttons not showing when brave maximized - ubuntu

Continuing the discussion from Maximize minimize and close buttons not showing when brave maximized ubuntu:

Exactly the same problem as in the topic linked above.

Tried to go in appearance to switch to ‘classic theme’, but it didn’t change anything.

Don’t want to disable hardware acceleration, I need it.

The browser’s window seems to randomly show/not show these buttons when maximized.

When this problem occurs, the title bars of installed webapps do not show at all when maximized.

I’m currently using Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS. Wrote ubuntu in the title because Pop! is based on ubuntu and to get more visibility.

If ubuntu or other Gnome Desktop users read this, please confirm you have the same problem.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. One thing you could try is turning this option ON or OFF in brave://settings/appearance to see if it makes a difference:
